Hole in One and Eagle Pot
A small portion of your RCMC dues goes to a Hole in One pot ($10 per player) and Eagle Pot ($5 per player). This money is collected at the beginning of the year to create a pot if a player makes an eligible hole in one or eagle.
Hole In One Pot
A hole in one by a current RCMC member during an eligible tournament will earn the player the hole in one pot. If more than one member makes a hole in one, the pot will be shared equally. If no hole in one is made for the year the pot will roll over to the following year. The rollover of the pot will be capped at $4,000. If the hole in one pot exceeds $4,000 then any extra money will go into the tournament prize fund for the year.
The player will be paid $500 within a few days of the hole in one to aid in covering any drink tab from the day for making the shot. Yes, you should be ready to buy drinks for members. The remaining balance will be paid at the season's end and will be split equally with anyone else that made a hole in one during the current season.
Eagle Pot
An eagle by a current RCMC member during an eligible tournament on a par 4 will earn the player the eagle pot. If more than one member makes an eligible eagle, the pot will be shared equally. If no eligible eagle is made for the year the pot will roll over to the following year. The rollover of the pot will be capped at $4,000. If the eagle pot exceeds $4,000 then any extra money will go into the tournament prize fund for the year.
Payout for an eligible eagle will be paid at the end of the season after all eligible rounds have been completed.
